The people working behind the counter in the office were really nice, and the room was clean and had everything we needed. The price was fair. However, the cleaning lady was extremely mean and intrusive, banging on the door hours before checkout time, and just letting herself in. Extreme invasion of privacy that made me feel uncomfortable. If you stay here, make sure the do not disturb sign is on your door no matter what, up until the minute you leave.
I would not recommend this place! My boyfriend ACCIDENTALLY reserved the wrong weekend and this place WOULD not accommodate us and change the dates. His account was already charged!!! I would understand if they were booked solid but they was barely anyone there!
Large clean room and very friendly staff. A great value at a great price. Ground are very clean and so is the office and breakfast area. I stayed 2 extra days visiting relatives. Very accommodating!! Thank you!
I've stayed here several times before and the rooms weren't bad at all...Today was a totally different story, the room was out dated,there were holes in the wall and bathroom,not to mention I've killed three roaches ( one that was trying to get in my ice)... This room is totally different from the rest I have stayed in.For the price it's not bad and honestly I'd probably stay again but not the room I'm in.I retract my previous statement about staying again as a roach was just crawling in the bed,its 5 a.m. and I haven't been asleep for fear of bugs crawling on me.
If I could rate it negative 5 I would. Worst experience at a hotel. where do I even begin.. not only was their a roach in the shower but there also were roaches in both bed and I saw several more while in the room. the sheets and pillows were not clean at all. there were holes in the wall. I tried to call the front desk and you couldn’t even hear the man at the front desk the phone sucks. the air conditioner has a big hole in it and it’s taped up with tape. I’m disgusted and I will never stay here again.
